Celebrating 15 Years

Fifteen years ago, Mr. Erik Fleming founded IPM in Tyler, Texas. He started the company modestly, placing seconded project managers and construction managers at client facilities.

Along the way, IPM has added in-house engineering, design, procurement, and construction management services. In addition, the company began serving Refining, Chemicals, Midstream, Alternative Energies, and Industrial markets.

Today, IPM employs more than 50 professionals who strive for safety, honesty, respect, integrity, and outstanding work ethic in all they do. In fact, IPM has no recordables or lost time injuries in our 15-year history.
