Tray Copeland has over 23 years of experience in design/drafting, and he provides design leadership in all phases of petro chemical, oil and gas projects.
Tray supervises the drafting and design departments, provides estimates, and produces drafting deliverables for construction projects. He utilizes AutoCAD, Rebis AutoPlant, MicroStation, PDS, Orthogen, CADWorx and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
He is experienced with instrumentation design, field loop checkout and troubleshooting, and he has previously served as piping designer, instrument designer and manager of an instrument group. He is also experienced in plant check-out/commissioning/start-up and construction management.
Like everyone else at IPM, Tray is safety conscious. “Our safety training classes serve as a reminder to be constantly aware,” he said.
Tray Copeland graduated from Tyler Junior College with an A.D. in Computer Aided Drafting, and he has completed courses in OrthoGen and Swagelok STS.
